Return policy
Articles are accepted for credit
or exchange if returned within 10 working days of your receipt
in a salable condition, accompanied by sales receipt. I cannot
accept liability of goods lost or damaged in transit. They should
be insured via UPS. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable
merchandise credit.
Shipping
Your order will be processed immediately and will be shipped
to you within 1-6 weeks. In case of any delay you will be notified.
I ship everywhere via UPS. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.
Delivery to Mexico, Canada, and other locations outside the
United States is available at additional cost.
California State residents will be charged an additional 8%
for California State Taxes.
Repairs
If your Jewelry is in need of repair within 6 months based
on normal usage, simply contact me toll free 1 888 827 2207 to
obtain the address and send the item with your receipt. Charges
may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is
assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please
send all returns via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
Gifts
Orders can be for wrapped with a card for $10.
